RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:



Here at FALLENSAINTS we seek your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason that is not the case, we gladly accept returns and offer refunds as well as exchanges under the following conditions:

* Return/exchange period:

You have 14 days upon receiving your item to initiate a return or an exchange.

* Eligibility for return/exchange:

To be eligible for a return or an exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unstained, and in their original condition.
- Items must have all original tags and packaging attached.

* Exchange policy:

- If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at (fallensaints.spprt@gmail.com), or contact us on our instagram account.
- If your item follows our criteria and we approve of your exchange, you are welcome to exchange your item for a different size or colour, or any other item available on our website (please note that if there is a change in cost you will either be receiving or providing that difference in cost)
- Exchanges are subject to availability, if an item is sold out, you’re welcome to choose another.


* Exceptions

Items bought during a sale are eligible for return and exchange if they follow our criteria AND are returned/exchanged during the same period of the sale the item was bought in. If the sale is no longer taking place, sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.


If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 HOURS upon receiving your item, and we will assist you with a replacement or a refund.

* Refunds

Upon approval of your item return, the refund amount will be provided with the courier that will come to receive the returned item.

* Shipping costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning or exchanging an item, you will be responsible for the shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
